Red Bull

At the start of the 2011 F1 calender at Canada, Lewis Hamilton said, ’Red Bell is just a drinks company’, this statement can be framed and remembered as of the most biggest misconceptions. Red Bull apparently isn’t just a drinks company. It is the same can of drink that some of our friends discourage us to drink too much or our parents who shout at us for have it for no reason. Yes their absolutely right.
But we need to look at how the product was marketed and how it appealed to everyone. Generally, this drink would only be recommended for the outdoorsy person who runs a mile, swims a mile and cycles a mile in a day. But they way the company has embraced the student life and sports could be like putting candy and children together in one room. It works like magic. Those who do nothing but sit at home also find themselves drinking a can of Red Bull regardless of whether they need it or not. The company has sponsored many sports teams that includes, formula 1 Red Bull Renault racing (the 2010 companionship winners), Shawn White snowboarding (he won the gold medal in 2010 after practicing at a training facility in Silverton), base jumping (youtube it and see the wing suits with red bull written across), print and publishing with a magazine circulation of 1.2 million covering extreme sports, sky diving from space, football (New York Red Bulls) and last but not the lest, air racing.
So again Lewis, Red Bull isn’t just a drinks company.
